Polar Gold Ambassador Program

1. Introduction

Welcome to Polar Gold's Ambassador Program. These Terms & Conditions govern your participation in our Ambassador Program. By registering as an Ambassador, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Ambassador Eligibility

To be eligible to participate in the Polar Gold Ambassador Program, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Have a valid email address
Complete the application process and be approved by Polar Gold
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

3. Ambassador Responsibilities

As a Polar Gold Ambassador, you agree to:

Represent Polar Gold and our products honestly and accurately
Not make any health claims about our products that have not been approved by Polar Gold
Disclose your relationship with Polar Gold in all promotional content
Comply with all applicable advertising and marketing laws in your jurisdiction
Not engage in any deceptive or misleading practices

4. Commission Structure

Ambassadors earn a 20% commission on all sales made through their unique referral links. Commissions are calculated based on the pre-tax, pre-shipping purchase amount.

To be eligible for payment, you must:

Have accumulated at least $50 in commissions
Have provided valid payment information
Be in good standing with the Ambassador Program

Payments are processed on the 15th of each month for the previous month's activity.

5. Termination

Polar Gold reserves the right to terminate your participation in the Ambassador Program at any time, with or without cause. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to:

Violation of these Terms & Conditions
Making unauthorized health claims about Polar Gold products
Engaging in illegal or fraudulent activities
Inactivity for a period of 6 months or more

6. Intellectual Property

Polar Gold grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our approved marketing materials, trademarks, and logos solely for the purpose of promoting Polar Gold products as an Ambassador. You agree not to modify these materials without prior written approval.

7. Privacy Policy

Polar Gold collects, uses, and protects your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By participating in the Ambassador Program, you consent to our collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to Terms & Conditions

Polar Gold reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. We will provide notice of any significant changes via email or through the Ambassador Dashboard. Your continued participation in the Ambassador Program after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

Polar Gold shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your participation in the Ambassador Program.
